We launched the tarpon 160s and shortly we were catching reds and trout on the gold spoons also on top water. 

Decided to get Jeremy and my buddy Eric out for a quick top water sundown session.  The Reds and trout were in about 10 inches of water.  They were blasting the top water!

Action packed sundown session at one time Jeremy was fighting a red, Eric and myself were getting blown up on by reds too!   Triple on top water would have been sweet!

Started off the day with some nice trout on topwater.

They caught a handfull of big trout also reds and one of the first snook I have got in this section of the bay!

Zoel is apart of the freedom boat club and he wanted me to show him around in a 25 Key west out of Freedom Boat out of the Manatee river.  We headed out the river and bow also stern anchor the boat.  We got out of the boat and waded catching 2 slot reds on the CAL jig.  Ran down to another flat in Sarasota bay catching a couple reds on the gold spoon.

Caught a couple more on spoon and went to another fact shortly after caught 3 slot reds on the gold spoon.

Lee contacted me last second and was able to get him out kayak fishing.  We had a little more wind but we had a good bite on slot red fish on the CAL jig.  We had 3 red fish that literally hit it at the end of our rod tip.  Cane poling red fish on the flats.  We also had a good bite on the sebile stick shad catching a couple good 20 plus inch trout.

My Brother Jeremy of Jstockdesigns  wanted to get out fishing for a afternoon trip.  We launched the Gheenoe in the afternoon and the trout were on fire on the topwater.  We had slot and overslot trout up to 5 lbs.  They were chewing everycast then the rain came through and they shut down..

We had a super low tide started off catching a hand full of nice slot reds.  The big trout bite was on a bunch of 20 plus inch trout on the sebile stick shad. 

We had a low incoming tide and the wind was holding  out the tide.  Strong NE winds kept the red fish happy on the edge of the flat.  Ed ended up catching 18 reds on the DOA CAL

Bite was on we also had a hand full of nice 20 inch trout.  Took him out to the Boiler room for a steak and cheese sub.

 We launched the kayaks with a stiff north wind we got to where we wanted to fish and got out of the kayaks and began to wade.  No pictures today but Zoel caught reds, trout and flounder all on DOA Cal jigs.

We launched in the morning with an extreme low tide.  Shortly after finding the redfish we caught close a dozen reds and trout.  They were eating jigs, spoons and also the sebile.
